Cindy Osbrink – Founder & CEO

Cindy Osbrink is the founder and CEO of The Osbrink Agency established in 1993 and took the agency from a one room office to one of the most esteemed Youth Talent Agencies in Hollywood. From her humble beginnings representing a handful of clients in the feature film space, Cindy has grown the company into a full-service agency with thriving Theatrical, Commercial, Print, Digital and Voice Over departments for adults and youths alike. She has represented many of the most acclaimed and decorated young actors of Hollywood including Brie Larson, Dakota & Elle Fanning, Tyler James Williams, Raven Symoné and Jake Lloyd.

Cindy is also beloved and respected among her peers, twice winning The Talent Manager Association’s Youth Theatrical Agent of the Year award and in 2019 being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Her passion to find and develop new talent has earned her a reputation few in town can match, as has her philosophy to protect the magic of each actor’s unique gifts.


Emily Urbani – VP, TV & Film

Emily has been with The Osbrink Agency since 2002. She served as founder Cindy Osbrink’s right-hand woman for years, paying close attention to how Cindy navigated the industry with class and all the while honing her own eye for talent. Today she is a Vice President at the company and heads the agency’s prestigious Theatrical Division, where she focuses on developing promising young talent and helps them launch and maintain successful TV and Film careers. Emily’s discerning taste, honest but tough negotiating, and hands on approach has been the backbone of her success throughout the years and reason for her continued ability to build the careers of today’s breakout youth talent.


Tiffany Treibel Martinez – TV & Film

Bringing knowledge and experience from previous roles in the film and television industry, Tiffany found her calling in the agency world in 2015. She joined The Osbrink Agency in 2018 and, after demonstrating her tenacity and commitment to the success of the department, was quickly promoted to an agent in the TV and Film Division. Her keen eye for talent and passion for guiding young people in the industry make her a key asset to the team and our clients.


Victoria Kress – Theatre, TV & Film (NY)

Victoria graduated from New York University with a degree in Arts Management. She has been a veteran agent in the youth and young adult business for over 3 decades and has launched a multitude of young stars throughout her career. She works in the newly minted NY office in the theatrical arena with Emily and Tiffany in TV, film and theatre with a reputation for seamlessly allowing clients to transition from theatre into tv and film and back again. The NY current clients are appearing on Broadway, in series and independent and studio films.


Maureen E. Rose – VP, Adult Commercials (LA & NY), Voiceover

Maureen Rose is a graduate from the Visual and Performing Arts program at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Since joining the Osbrink Agency in 2004, Maureen has built the Voiceover Division into one of top competing Voiceover Departments in the industry. Shortly after her ninth consecutive year at the agency, she took on an additional role to also head the Adult Commercial Department. Maureen is most recognized for her astute eye/ear for scouting talent, passion for dialogue directing and her love for developing talent and maintaining business relationships based on values that were instilled in her from her mentor Cindy Osbrink.


Brian Mathias – Voiceover

Brian has over 20 years’ experience in casting the world. He worked on 40 animated movies and more than 30 animated television series while casting over 1000 episodes. He has been nominated 5 times for a Daytime Emmy Award and won in 2018 for Outstanding Casting for an Animated Series or Special. As a Casting Director and Voice Coach, he realized a passion for working with actors to help them find their voice. His background gives him a unique and invaluable perspective in bridging the divide between casting and talent.


Keegan Monti-Kewley – Voiceover (NY)

Keegan Monti-Kewley has 15 years’ experience in the voiceover space as a booth director and agent. He has found much of his success developing talent from the ground up and secured voices for major brands. He prefers to blend traditional agenting with his technical expertise in home-studio design, and a strong focus on market identity. Keegan is also a Voiceover Lecturer for the prestigious MFA acting program at Yale. Previously long-time booth director, he is experienced working with actors of all ages in all voiceover media.


Dawn Osbrink – VP, Youth Commercial (LA & NY), Print

Dawn Osbrink graduated with honors from the University of Illinois with a BS from the business school. Soon after the inception of the agency, she started the Modeling Department in 1995 which is now recognized for having many of the elite youth faces in the fashion world. Over the years, it has expanded to include everyone from newborns to seniors. Additionally, she heads up the competitive youth commercial department, which has elevated itself into a highly successful arm of the company. Dawn’s enthusiastic guidance allows her clients to build the foundation necessary to transition seamlessly into the TV and Film world. Inspired by Cindy Osbrink, Dawn works with honesty and integrity. She loves to take a vested interest in each of her young actors.


Angela Strange – VP, Operations

Angela Strange serves as Vice President of Operations at The Osbrink Agency. She obtained her degree in TV/Film from Cal State University, Fullerton and began working in the industry upon graduating. As a result, she has over 25 years’ experience in the agency business. Angela spent time as an agent in various divisions including Youth Commercial, Adult Commercial and Print before transitioning into Operations, where she has been able to put her wealth of knowledge to good use. In addition to running the operations of the Agency, her relationships around the country are particularly strong and she still regularly scouts on behalf of the various departments.
